Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties For all deliveries outside Switzerland, any customs duties, import taxes or applicable charges in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
Orders to the European Union may be subject to customs duties, as Switzerland is not an EU member state. Orders to the United Kingdom under £135 are exempt from import VAT. A sales tax may be added for orders to the United States, calculated automatically at checkout.
Pre-Order Items Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. These items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated shipping timeframe.
Please note that:
- Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production, supplier, or transportation delays.
- Payment is collected at the time the order is placed to reserve the item.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
