We currently ship within Switzerland, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped from Switzerland and are processed within 1–2 business days.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away.

Shipping Costs

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
EU orders may be subject to customs if above thresholds.
UK orders under £135 have no import VAT.
US customers may see sales tax added at checkout.
Lost parcels
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. While we cannot guarantee shipping carrier timeframes, we’ll always work with you to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
